Registration Information for Non-renewed Forum Members
To register for the 2010 Annual Meeting, you must first renew your Forum membership. Renewing and registering is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Login and click the "Pay My Dues" link on the homepage, in the box labeled "Member Information" or click on the "Pay Dues" link in the "
Member Center."

Follow the easy prompts that will guide you through the renewal process.

Supply a credit card to pay your dues of $900 and click "Submit."

You'll then be directed to a page with the information you'll need to register for the 2010 Annual Meeting, January 16-20 at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
Note: Payments by check will receive an e-mail confirmation from Forum Headquarters with registration information.
Registration Information for Renewed Forum Members
If you have already renewed your Forum membership, please follow the below steps to register for the 2010 Annual Meeting:

On the first page, there is an "Offer Code" box. If you renewed before August 31, 2009, please enter your Early Bird Renewal Discount code here (the code was e-mailed to you when you renewed. If you need a reminder, please
contact us). If you renewed after August 31, 2009, simply click "Next."

On the second page, in the "Membership Number" box, enter your unique Forum ID, which was e-mailed to you when you renewed your membership.
If you have lost this ID, you may access it by logging into your Member Profile. Then click "Next".

Confirm the information on the following pages is correct, then provide payment information to complete your registration.
If, for any reason, you cannot utilize our online system, please download and print the registration form.

Invite a Qualified Producer
Members of The International Forum are responsible for promoting open idea exchange at the Annual Meeting. Take this opportunity to invite a Qualified Producer who will offer new ideas and gain knowledge from the 2010 Annual Meeting.
Qualified Producers are non-members of The International Forum who are allowed to attend one Annual Meeting and must be endorsed by a current member of the Forum in good standing.
They are personal producers who can document a minimum of $500,000 of annual personal financial services income (or current Top of the Table status). Accepted documentation includes tax returns, commission statements and/or company broker/dealer income statements which must be included with the Annual Meeting registration form to prove production.
A current member’s name is required on the Qualified Producer's registration materials, and members may be called for confirmation. Qualified Producers are allowed to attend the Annual Meeting only once.
In order to attend more than one meeting, producers must qualify and be accepted into Forum membership.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy applies to all attendees, including spouse/companions. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation notices received on or before January 4, 2010 receive 100 percent refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellation notices received after January 4, 2010 will receive no refund. There will be no refund given to no-show attendees.
